All staff commented very positively on the presentation, words such as enjoyable, interesting and well presented were regularly used in the feedback from staff. Despite the diversity of the audience everyone got something from the day. For the teachers it helped to reinforce their belief that they were doing the right thing, install confidence and provided ideas to work from. For some of the other staff it gave a good opportunity for them to consider the educational process and structures we employ and their contribution to them. Good practical ideas, like touch cues and objects of reference. Of significant value was the fact that several new staff were given a good insight into our work and the opportunity for them to feel part of the team from the outset.
