Bespoke training
Stride offers bespoke training in schools which is tailor-made to the specific needs of the staff team. We always apply the principles of making the training practical in order to improve the confidence and skills of the staff and therefore the experiences of the pupils. We work with individual schools and also clusters of schools who get together to provide professional development for their staff groups. We work with whole staff teams or just teachers or support staff. We offer a choice of modules for staff to take account of different levels of knowledge and experience.
